When you book here, you are booking directly with the It’s About Time team. Your appointment is delivered by our trained practitioners, and your results are reviewed and reported by an endometriosis specialist.
Cost & Booking
The EndoSure Test costs £350 per appointment.
A £50 deposit is required at the time of booking, which is deducted from the total cost of your appointment.

Health Village is located in Esher town centre, close to Esher High Street. Esher train station is served by South Western Railway, with regular services from London Waterloo taking approximately 30 minutes. There is on-street parking available in the town centre.
What to Expect at Your Appointment
Your appointment takes approximately 60-75 minutes from arrival to completion. Here’s what to expect:
You will be asked to fast for 8 hours before your appointment. When you arrive, you’ll be shown to a calm and comfortable clinic room. A trained practitioner will place three electrode pads on your abdomen and a respiratory belt across your chest. There are no needles, no internal examinations, and no anaesthesia required.
To start the test, a baseline recording is taken for 10 minutes. You will then be asked to drink water until comfortably full, then sit still for about 30 minutes while the test records your myoelectrical activity in the abdominal area.
Following the appointment, your results are reviewed by an endometriosis specialist. Results are sent directly to you and your GP within 3 working days, helping you access a personalised treatment pathway.

Yes. Esher is approximately 30 minutes from London Waterloo by South Western Railway train. The clinic is within walking distance of Esher station.
I live in south west London - should I book Surrey or London?
Both may be convenient depending on where in south west London you are based. Our London clinic is located in Marylebone (NW1). If Esher is more accessible for you, book here. If central London is easier, visit our London clinic page.
What if I need to cancel or rearrange?
Please refer to our cancellation policy before booking. Your £50 deposit may be non-refundable depending on the notice given.
