Cost & Booking
The EndoSure Test costs £350 per appointment. A £50 deposit is required at the time of booking, which is deducted from the total.

No. 3 Fulwood is located on Caxton Road in Fulwood, a short drive north of Preston city centre. Free on-site parking is available at the venue – there is no need to factor in parking costs or time when planning your journey. For patients travelling by train, Preston Railway Station is on the West Coast Main Line with direct services from Manchester, Liverpool, and London. The clinic is accessible from the station by taxi or local bus.
What to Expect at Your Appointment
Your appointment takes approximately 60–75 minutes in total. The test itself is non-invasive: there are no needles, no internal examinations, and no anaesthesia. Many patients tell us it’s far more straightforward than they were expecting.
You will be asked to fast for 8 hours before your appointment. On arrival, a trained practitioner will place three electrode pads on your abdomen and a respiratory belt across your chest, then take a 10-minute baseline recording. You will then be asked to drink water until comfortably full and sit still for around 30 minutes while the device records myoelectrical activity in the abdominal area.
Your results are reviewed by an endometriosis specialist and sent to you and your GP within 3 working days, giving you a clear next step toward a treatment pathway rather than further uncertainty.
