Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that schedules can change. To ensure fairness and allow us to offer appointments to other patients, we’ve introduced the following cancellation policy:

Deposit & Booking Policy

• A £50 deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
• This deposit will be fully deducted from your total cost at the time of your appointment.

Cancellation Terms

• You may cancel your appointment for a full refund of your deposit up to 7 days before your scheduled appointment.
• Cancellations must be made in writing via email to itsabouttime@lawmed.co.uk.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of your appointment are non-refundable, as we reserve this time exclusively for you.

Rescheduling

• You may request to reschedule your appointment if done at least 7 days in advance.
• Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the appointment will be treated as a cancellation and your deposit will not be refunded.

Missed Appointments / No-Shows

• Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
